Sai Krishna is the founder and director of NSSK Corporate Advisors. He is fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has an experience of more than a decade in profession. He heads the Audit and Assurance team at NSSK.He has strengthened the client-centric focus of the firm with deep client engagement.

He dealt with statutory and internal audits of various clients in the fields of Microfinance, Non Banking Finance Companies, Public, Private, Governmental undertakings, banking sector, Financial services, Management Consultancy Services etc. He has Hands on experience in incorporation of NBFCs, dealing with RBI and guiding them in meeting regulatory requirements from time to time.

 

He also has good knowledge on Valuation models and investment banking, wealth management and execution of stock audits for Companies in different industries.

 

Before founding NSSK, he worked as an Equity Research Analyst with CRISIL Limited, a subsidiary of Standard and Poor for two years. He was Associated with V. Nagarjan& Co., Chartered Accountants, experts in MFI sector, for six years.
