Suneetha is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.She has an experience of about 8 years in the areas of Legal, Secretarial, Finance, Taxation and Regulatory Compliance. Handled Corporate Compliance Management, Corporate Restructuring, Due Diligence, NBFC Registrations and Compliance, Amalgamation & Merger, Public Issues, Private Equity, Buy Back, Rights Issue, ESOPs, Foreign equity infusion and FEMA compliances. She has been actively engaged in dealing with company law matters and obtaining approvals and registrations with various governmental, statutory, regulatory and administrative authorities like Registrar of Companies, Regional Directors, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Reserve Bank of India, Stock Exchanges, NCLT and other statutory authorities and representing before the said authorities on behalf of clients. Her expertise is to deal in comprehensive due diligences and FEMA Compliance.

Prior to NSSK, she worked with Deloitte in their Assurance and Advisory practices. Suneetha brings to the table strong client relationships and deal-execution skills.
